Roost USA, Inc. warrants your Roost roof top tent to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase from Roost Tents/Roost USA. If your Roost roof top tent exhibits such a defect, Roost USA, Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace the defective component without charge or pay to have it repaired by a qualified service provider in the particular business of the repair required, provided the customer:

Transforms into a Cargo carrier
To convert the unit into a cargo carrier, simply remove the foam mattress and tent fabric. It offers a closed height of 13 inches at the rear and 5 inches at the front, making it ideal for carrying ski equipment, smaller luggage, and tools.

Removable Fabric Tent
The tent is hand sewn from 600 Denier solution-dyed polyester with a flame-resistant CPAI 84 rating and a water, UV, and mildew-resistant coating. It features breathable mesh screen doors for ventilation. A skirt around the bottom diverts rain away from the interior, and the tent provides access through two side doors and one large rear door.
fiberglass Outer Shell
Engineered for strength and longevity, this shell is crafted from hand-layered fiberglass with a robust 3/16" wall and reinforced by a marine-grade resin base. The glossy gel coat finish not only looks sharp but resists wear over time. A precision weather seal along the top edge provides a dependable, watertight closure, safeguarding your gear in all conditions.
Hardware
The unit has heavy-duty locking latches to secure the lid and reduce vibration. It uses strong nylon hinges reinforced with a metal plate inside the fiberglass shell for durability, and gas lifter shocks with pull cord make lid operation smooth and easy.

Universal Mounting System
The Roost roof top tent is engineered for compatibility with most aftermarket roof rack systems, such as Thule, Yakima, or Rhino Rack. It features two corrosion-resistant galvanized runners that span the entire length of the tent shell's underside.Included are four galvanized steel brackets that can be positioned along the runners to match any crossbar spread, providing a secure fit at four points. This setup ensures a solid and stable attachment to the roof rack, all easily adjustable with standard tools for a quick and hassle-free installation.

If I were to place a Roost on my roof rack can I still carry other items such as bicycles, kayaks, etc?
Yes, provided your cross bars have enough width, you can still place your bicycles, kayaks, etc. on the roof rack. Also, as an alternative you can use a hitch mounted carrier to handle additional recreation equipment.
Can I order my Roost RTT in a custom color to match my vehicle?
Yes, you can order a custom color for your Roost RTT for an additional charge of $600. Custom order lead times run approximately 4 weeks.
If my Roost tent fabric is torn can it be repaired?
Yes, provided the tear is clean, the tear can be sewn or carefully patched. We also offer replacement tent fabric too Shop Now
Is the Roost tent fabric washable?
Yes, the Roost RTT fabric is washable by hand scrubbing. Don’t place the tent fabric in a washing machine.
If my Roost RTT gets a serious scratch can it be repaired?
Yes, every Roost RTT is finished with a high quality marine gel coat. As long as the scratch doesn’t go completely through the gel coat surface it can be repaired using a gel coat restoration finish and polish.
