Here's a concise overview of The Roost USA shipping policy and process:

Shipping of Roost Tents:

FLAT RATE SHIPPING CHARGE OF $595 will apply to all roost tent orders.

Flat Rate Shipping – for Mainland/Lower 48 States only. Contact us for shipping cost to other locations.

Free Standard Ground Shipping:

We are happy to provided our customers free shipping on accessories, parts and gear. Free shipping is not available for Roost Explore or Roost Sportsmen Tents.

When Can You Expect Your Roost To Arrive?

Due to increased demand for Roost tents, please contact us before placing orders. This higher demand has increased the time between order placement and shipment of tent. Additional updates will be posted.

Order Processing:

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines:

USPS Economy: Arrives in 5-8 business days once shipped.
USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate: Arrives in 1-3 business days once shipped.

Important Note:

Please be aware that Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not always available for USPS shipments.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number for convenient monitoring.
